Yacht Skippers

Description

Seafarer Holidays are seeking Yacht Skippers for their Flotillas and Charter work.

You will lead groups of up to 12 client yachts in Greece, Turkey and Croatia. Assisted by your crew, you will provide daily client briefings, covering all aspects of their holidays, including technical yacht briefings, safety matters, navigation, and cruise itineraries. You will assist clients with berthing and departing port, lead social events and assist in preparing the yachts on turnaround days.

You will also manage your budget and submit weekly management reports to Head Office.

Requirements

You will hold a Yachtmaster with Commercial Endorsement, and have a positive personality and plenty of energy.

Your excellent social, leadership and management skills will be as important as your sailing ability.
