Club Vass Active Holidays operates in two of the world's best windsurfing destinations, each with a distinctive holiday experience to offer. All venues have been carefully selected to offer outstanding windsurf conditions for all levels.

We are currently recruiting for the Winter 2010 season in Club Dahab in Egypt. The contract dates for these roles are September onwards.

About the role

The key objectives of the role is to provide a professional instruction to all levels whilst ensuring a safe sailing environment. In this exciting and fulfilling role you will be responsible providing a fun and informative tuition to clients ensuring all kit is handled and stored in the appropriate manner. Organise and run end of week races and bad weather activities. You will be required to run effective rescue boat cover and in the absence of the beach manager you will assume their duties

Requirements

You will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

RYA Windsurf Instructors Qualification to level required. Ideally Intermediate or higher
2 seasons instructing at various levels
windsurf enthusiast
Safety boat drivers certificates
Valid First aid certificate
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Be a competent swimmer
Have good communication skills
