Waterfront Manager

Description

Sunsail Clubs are currently recruiting Waterfront Managers for Club Vounaki in Greece. 

Our teams range from 15 - 40 Instructors so you will completing all kinds of duties from both running the team and beach operations to getting stuck in and teaching and rigging on the beach when when necessary! 

You will be responsible for the management and safe running of the beach operation. This will include staff management, revenue generation, delivery of Sunsail and RYA courses, upholding company standards. You will also ensure that customer service is delivered to the highest levels to complete the clients holiday experience..

Requirements

• RYA Senior Instructors or Senior Windsurf Instructors Qualification
• 2 seasons instructing at various levels
• RYA Powerboat Instructor Qualification
• Knowledge of tock control
• Knowledge and Skill set to maintain the fleet 
• Excellent customer service skills
