Description

Looking for your first job in the outdoors sector? Want to gain NGB qualifications and work experience with an industry leader?

Join our team at Kingswood as an Apprentice Instructor and we will give you all the skills you need to develop your career in the outdoors industry, as we train you to teach a huge range of outdoor activities.

You will be trained to instruct or assist in a wide range of adventure activities that could include abseiling, archery, climbing, fencing, go karts, quadbiking, low ropes, high ropes or watersports. You’ll also deliver exciting & interactive classroom based sessions which are ICT, environmental or scientifically based. You’ll also contribute to the delivery of our varied evening entertainments and the organisation of special events.

Training to be an Apprentice Instructor is not your typical 9-5 job. It gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and gain Nationally Recognised Qualifications & NVQ level 2 in Activity Leadership Awards. By developing these skills and gaining these awards you could quickly find yourself progressing through Kingswood, as this is where the majority of our senior staff started.

Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure, which Kingswood will help subsidise.
