Sunsail Clubs is currently recruiting for Club Vounaki in Greece. Sailing is like the way of life here. The resort offers something for everyone both on and off the water and is the perfect family holiday escape, especially for those looking to learn something new. Our Kid’s Clubs cater for all ages from 4 months to 17 year olds, and our shorebased activities include Tennis courts, fitness Studio and Mountain Biking.

We are currently looking for an Assitant Waterfornt managerto travel out to Greece from around April until beginning of November.

The role involves management and safe running of the entire beach operation. To include staff management, revenue generation, delivery of Sunsail and RYA courses, uphold company standards., boat maintenance. Ensuring that customer service is delivered to the highest levels to complete the clients holiday experience

• Represent and be the first point of contact for Sunsail Customers within resort
• Manage all aspects of a team, proactively deliver training on the water and Sunsail Operational needs
• Generate revenue and proactively develop sales strategy to meet targets
• Ensure boat maintenance and repair damage to craft is carried out to ensure minimal disruption
• Set in place procedures and carry out risk assessments
• Deliver CSQ results as per targets
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Carry out transfer day duties, such as representing the company at the airport

Requirements

Qualifications & Personal Skills Essential RYA Senior Instructors or Senior Windsurf Instructors Qualification
4 seasons Instructing at various levels
3 seasons as Senior Instructor
Managed a team of 10 staff or more for 2 years
RYA Powerboat Instructor Qualification
RYA Safety Boat Drivers certificate
Computer literate, in all MS Office Applications
Extensive knowledge and ability to sailing and maintain various boats windsurf kit to include Topper, Laser, Hobie, Tushingham
Computer literate, must be able to use MS Excel
Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
Highly motivated individual
Competent swimmer
Valid and clean driving licence
Excellent customer service skills
Valid First Aid certificate
Suitable CRB check Responsibilities
