Share your passion for the water with our young guests.
PGL is the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for children.
We have been introducing young people to exhilarating watersports for over 50 years and now operate four RYA recognised teaching establishments in France and Spain.
Whether you are looking for a career in the outdoor industry or just want to spend some time instructing your favourite activity, PGL has excellent opportunities for qualified people.
As a qualified RYA Dinghy Instructor, you will lead our popular watersports sessions, teaching our guests the basics of sailing.
PGL uses Laser Picos and Funboats, Toppers and Topper Taz, RS Feva and RS Visions, and Hobie 15.
There are also opportunities for senior roles and to further your own RYA qualifications through our extensive training programme.
If you are a keen and competent windsurfer, but don't hold any formal qualifications, we operate RYA courses and assessments for many successful applicants each year. To qualify for our pre-season training course, you need to hold a minimum of your RYA Seamanship award at the time of applying.
Sessions are held either inland or on the sea, depending on the centre's location, which include the stunning Spanish Costa Brava and French Mediterranean.
Working for PGL gives you access to a competitive wage, meals, free uniform, transport to overseas centre from a UK departure point, with accommodation provided.
We also have positions for Windsurfing Instructors.
Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure, which PGL will pay for.
PGL is committed to the principle of equal opportunities.
You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this position.
Requirements
We look for applicants who already hold the minimum of their RYA Seamanship award.
