Lifeguard/Activities Assistant

Description

We are currently looking for qualified Lifeguards/Activities Assistants to travel out to Greece from now until beginning of November.

As a Lifeguard/Activities Assistant you will ensure a safe swimming environment and assist in the running of the Kid's clubs and evening care programme. Providing care, safety and entertainment  for children ranging from 5 -1 7 years.
 

In this exciting and fulfilling dual role you will be responsible for:

Maintaining a safe environment around the poolside and Supervise both children and adults whilst acting as Lifeguard.

When working as an Activities Assistant as part of the Kid's Club you will ensure the safety of all children involved in kids club activities.

you will be responsible for headcounts and continuous supervision of children throughout the day including during lunch and evening activities.

You will also carry out  beach duties when not running kids activities, including rigging and de-rigging of boats and launch and recovery of all boats.

Requirements

• NPLQ/NARS/RLSS Lifeguard qualification
• Preferred STA Level 2 (or equivalent)
• 1 year experience of lifeguarding
• Experience with 5 - 17 year olds.
• Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
• Highly motivated individual
• Good communication skills- oral and written
